At Stride T-Shirt, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. The following shipping policy outlines our process, timelines, and terms related to product deliveries.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Post order confirmation, products will be shipped within 10 working days.

  • Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays as notified by the Government of India.

  • Registered users can check their order status through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

  • Non-registered users will receive order status updates via email.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered via reputed courier partners between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.

  • Delivery delays due to:

    • Recipient unavailability

    • Administrative/political disruptions

    • Extreme weather

    • Natural disasters

    • Customs clearance at destination (for international orders)
      are not covered under guaranteed timelines.

  • For remote or less accessible locations, shipping timelines may be longer.

Delivery Obligations

Upon delivery:

  • The recipient must provide a valid photo ID.

  • A signature will be required confirming receipt, after which ownership and responsibility of the shipment transfer to the recipient.

  • Change of delivery address or redirection is not permitted after dispatch.

Shipping Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If you are unavailable during the first attempt, the second attempt will be made on the next working day automatically.

  • For premium delivery requests or rescheduling, contact the courier service directly (additional charges may apply).

  • You may also collect your package from the local courier office at no extra charge.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available only for specific offers and limited-time promotions, and may be restricted to certain pin codes or regions.

  • Free shipping eligibility will adhere to all other guidelines mentioned in this Shipping Policy.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, an Airway Bill (AWB) number / Tracking ID will be shared via email.

  • You can use this to track the status of your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

Product Availability & Multi-item Orders

  • Orders are subject to stock availability.

  • While we aim to ship all products in an order together, partial shipments may occur based on availability or product characteristics.

  • A single order can only be shipped to one address.

  • If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

International Shipping

Stride T-Shirt ships internationally. Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to the following countries:

  • All applicable import taxes, customs duties, and international shipping charges are included in your invoice.

  • For countries not listed above or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations, international taxes and duties are not included in the order total and will be payable by the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes will result in the package being returned, and no refund will be processed.

Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic orders are subject to GST as per Indian regulations.

  • International orders are inclusive of local taxes only for DDP destinations. For DDU destinations, duties are payable by the customer.

Additional Terms

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Our shipping policy does not override the courier partner’s own policies or responsibilities.

  • Stride T-Shirt reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate business policies or show signs of suspicious activity.
